Mineral ores are firstly broken by jaw crusher for coarse crushing; after being crushed to reasonable fineness, they are sent into the ball mill evenly via elevator and feeder for grinding.
After the grinding by ball mill, ore fines are sent into the next process: classification. Spiral classifier makes use of the principle that solid particles have different precipitation rates in the liquid because of different proportions, to wash and classify mineral mixture.
After cleaning and grading, the mineral mixture is sent into magnetic separation machine; due to minerals have different magnetization coefficients, they are separated by magnetic force and mechanical force.
